Our Sunshine Room

Students are using equipment for vestibular and proprioceptive input: spinning, balancing, bouncing, crawling, climbing and riding body board 

Sometimes quiet time is needed in the safe space, under blanket or with sequin cushion 

They are using mirror, busy board, liquid timers and other toys for visual and tactile exploration 

We are working on oral motor skill by blowing bubbles, kisses or raspberries 

By using zones of regulation we find self-regulating activities and share how we feel.
